Get the help you need without leaving home.
Serving women in Salt Lake City, Utah and across the state
This might feel familiar…
You’re tired of being the one who holds it all together…
You replay what you said, worry you came across wrong, and feel responsible for keeping things from falling apart. You tell yourself not to be “too much,” not to need too much, not to let anyone see how overwhelmed you really are.
You want to feel calm again, but even finding a therapist feels exhausting. The thought of explaining your whole story, making another appointment, and hoping this time you’ll finally feel understood can feel overwhelming.
No one should have to face anxiety, eating disorders, or perfectionism alone, and you don’t have to.
If you keep trying to handle everything by yourself, the stress doesn’t fade; it just changes form. It becomes the constant replay of what you said, the knot in your stomach when you open your inbox, the reflex to say “I’m sorry” before you even know if you’ve done anything wrong. It shows up at night, when your body is exhausted but your mind keeps running through conversations, responsibilities, and what you should have done or said differently.
On the outside, you’re holding it together. On the inside, you’re overwhelmed, self-critical, and never fully at rest. The worry and guilt leave you worn down and overwhelmed.
How we work together
You have a place where you don’t have to rehearse what you’re going to say, worry about saying it the “right” way, or downplay how hard things actually feel. You can talk about the spiral you had after that email, the knot in your stomach before family dinners, the guilt you feel when you say no, and the pressure you put on yourself never to disappoint anyone.
In therapy, you’re not the one taking care of everyone else’s feelings. You’re the one who has the space to make it about you and say how you honestly feel. You get help untangling the guilt, the overthinking, and the fear of being “too much” or “not enough”.
Why Online?
Many women in Salt Lake City and across Utah choose online therapy because it allows them to get specialized support without the stress of travel or long waitlists.
Convenient – No traffic, no commute, no stress about weather or parking.
Private – No waiting rooms, no awkward run-ins.
Effective – Backed by research and used by therapists nationwide.
Accessible – Whether you live in a large city or a rural town in Utah, you can still get specialized care.
You deserve therapy that fits your life, not the other way around.
Changes clients often begin to notice
You deserve to feel different. You can wake up without that tight, anxious feeling in your chest. You can take a deep breath without feeling on edge. You can get out of bed without your first thought being about what you ate last night, what you “shouldn’t” eat today, or whether your body looks ok.
You can go through your day without checking the mirror, pulling at your clothes, or feeling guilty about food in the back of your mind. You can eat without panic and trust your body instead of fighting it. You can finally feel relief.

I’m upfront about therapy pricing because you deserve to know what to expect before we meet. Here’s everything you need to know about session rates, insurance, and payment options.
Session Rate
$175 per 50-minute session
I specialize in working with high-achieving, anxious women navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, and anxiety. My rate reflects the level of support and depth of care I provide.
A note About Cost & Insurance
I know therapy is an investment, and it’s normal to have feelings about the cost.
I don’t take insurance because it requires me to diagnose you and share that diagnosis. Once a diagnosis is in your medical record, it can affect things like life insurance. I’m not willing to put that at risk for anyone I work with.
Private pay keeps your therapy completely private:
• No diagnosis required
• No limits on how we work
• No one is reviewing your personal information
I also understand the rate can feel like a sacrifice. That’s understandable, and I totally get it.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Many clients use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy. If your plan offers these benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit.
Questions to ask your insurance:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What percentage is reimbursed?
Do I have a deductible?
How do I submit superbills?

Online therapy sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, similar to Zoom or FaceTime but designed specifically for privacy.
